Warm Modern Family Apartment

This 300-square-meter, four-bedroom apartment in Tehran was designed for a family whose members did not all share the same preferences. The main challenge was therefore not choosing a single visual style, but finding a common language that everyone could live with and recognize as their own.

The interior combines a modern layout with warmer colors and materials, without repeating the same treatment in every room. Shared spaces were given a consistent identity, while the bedrooms and more private areas were allowed to respond more closely to the individual character of their users.

Luxury in this project was approached through proportion, material balance and comfort rather than excessive decoration. The result is a home that feels composed but not rigid, with enough variation to keep the interior personal and lived-in.
